Amtrust Mobile Solutions — phone not delivered

Samsung phone got damaged and amrust declared that the phone can not be repaired and also told that extra rs 1200 will need to be submitted and then a new phone redmi5 will be given in place of samsung reason being samsung phone is currently not in stock. Somehow extra rs 1200 paid to amtrust and still new phone i. E. Redmi 5 is not received, nor they are telling when i can expect to receive the phone. It has been more than a week since payment is made. Amtrust is clearly not being professional, neither knows the importance of time. Very disappointing experience.
