Amtrust Mobile Solutions — phone still not delivered it has been 1 month

my phone was claimed and after the claim they took the phone and i got my phone back in 14days approx.. and i noticed that the screen was no original and when i complained about it they picked up my phone on 17th of june 2018 and then they send me a wrong phone (someone elses phone) approx 10 days after the pickup.. then i again called to then they told me to send pictures and videos of the phone(someone others) and i did so.. afrter that 2 days after they picked up that phone.. and now i dont know where my actual phone is now it has been almost 1 month today ie 17 july 2018.
now i am sending them mails. and each time i get a reply that we require 24-48 hours to give a reply.
