AMUL / GCMMF — duplicate amul milk and butter

Today, i bought packet of amul gold (1/2 ltr.) today. After poring in the vessel i realized that some substance is inside. When i cut the packet to see it, i was horrified. Some sticky precipitate was stuck to the packet and i think it may weigh in few grams. I really don't understand what should i do with the milk. As of now i have boiled it but i am scared to touch it. Milk is a naturally existing product. I think any company has no right to play with it because finally it puts consumers at risk.
