I have bought amul cheese yesterday and i noticed while cooking that it is not melting. I need the help of the company because it has happened earlier too. I need the replacement of the product because the vendors aren't taking the responsibility. I expect the replacement of the product and some action to be taken against the matter. This is the second time that such incident has happened. Amul is the most trusted company and now it is fooling the customers.

From last two time in this month I'm receiving elaichi Shrikhand having consistency like water though when I buy it from refrigerated condition then I'm having such problem like this please kindly look after it

I bought Amul Cheese slices this morning and we tried to melt it on bread using microwave oven, but it doesnt melt.
last time also we tried to make grilled sandwich and it didnt melt in sandwish maker.

It happened two times.
