I tried to recharge my phone with Rs 15 from the site, so the same was deducted from my wallet ...When I received the recharge it showed PF of Rs 12.16 and STax Rs 1.84, talktime Rs 1.00, Balance Rs 0.00 (Balance was 0 previously)... so the net balance received was nothing... its just fooling people !!!
