Amzn Kkte M83u — not sure, did not order anything, i did cancel a one time search, still being billed?

These are the reference numbers and id that show up on my bill amzn mkte m83u amzn.com/bill wa 11/07/18 5942 [protected] 18.95. The onetime use was canceled. Jeremy at legal nature sent me an email saying that the item had been canceled. As far as i know, that is the only interaction i have had for that dollar amount. There is no phone number on the charge, or i would call them. I have contacts at the fraud department, and am willing to call them if you can not resolve this. I am requesting a refund, and assurance that this unethical practice be stopped. When i spoke to "jeremy" i was aware that he had a fairly heavy accent.
