I Arvind kumar purchase a 02 plot in jaipur project name-1 Anand enclave and 2- Ashiyana enclave from anand ultima builder pvt ltd, 2013. company CIN no.-U70101DL2012PTC234003 and registration no- 234003. registration address- 404, vishal tower, janak puri, district centre, new delhi- 110058 even we give him a full amount of plot and registry amount also. company cmd name mr Anand Ballabh and director also involve in this fraud name anurag kumar his mobile and whatapp no, [protected], [protected] he also have a so many face book account like ultima anand, anand ultima builders, anand ballabh. whenever i call him He threatens me by complaining against him in police station or doing a court case.and december onwards he switch off his mobile phone but he see a whatapp message wher we ask for please return back my money. and told we know your address. so, despite of his threatens i go in police station but they denies to register the complaint. anand ballabh some where mention belong to ranikhet, uttarakhand state or some where Kangra, Himachal pradesh and he closed all office in janakpuri district centre.
