Not getting redemption coupons for abp tt subscription for the period of may, 16 to april, 17

Ref:- my customer id:60848929; order no.[protected].
I have not yet received redemtion coupons from you for abp+tt yearly subscriptions for the period of may, 2016 to april, 2017 for which i have issuied a cheque of punjab national bank bearing no. 498683 for rs.2310.00 which has been cleared by our bank on 29.03.2016.
Please look into the matter and send said coupons.

Account debited of subscription fee amount during online subscription put subscription confirmation page is showing error

Today on the 13th of Aug 2015, I tried for online subscription of ABP, during which I registered myself and subscribed for a service of 12 months edition of Telegraph+Ananda Bazaar + Telekids.
In the payment gateway, I filled in the card details and I got a SMS from my bank of amount debited upon payment at ABP. However the payment gateway page led me to an error page.
I thought that this must be already registered by them and...

non-delivery of annual subscription coupons

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that, I had renewed my subscription for ABP. But I have not received the subscription coupons till date (11.10.2012). Both my wife and I are in service so on a week day no one stays at home.

Our mail stays are home and in spite of me teleconferencing the courier service agents with my maid, they refused to deliver the coupons to her.

Need help to get the coupons...

Poor renewal process for half yearly subscription of The Telegraph and Ananda Bazar Patrika

I have been a regular subcriber for The Telegraph and Ananda Bazar Patrika since the last 3years and the subscription period against the last half-yearly renewal expired on the 31st August, 2011. But to my utter disappointment I have not received the renewal coupon till date and there was no attempt on the vendor’s part to check with me about my continued interest in the renewal process.
