[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Wrong debit of my a/c with Rs.40000/- instead of Rs.4000/-

Iam G.Yamini (A/c no. :[protected]). I issued a cheque(no.5) for Rs.4000/- in the month of Nov, 2014.But due to some reasons i hadn't visit the bank.On[protected], the same cheque got cleared from my account and an amount of Rs.40000/- was debited instead of debeting Rs.4000/-.
Now I want to get my balance(Rs.36000/-) back into my a/c.So i request you to please respond as quickly as possible and credit my a/c with Rs.36000/- back again.I also request you to please kindly send the details of the cheque, the issued bank, the branch and the details of the a/c holder who debited my money.
