Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporation — Security deposit not refunded(House Owner)

Hi,

I was staying at a rented house @Aundh gaon, Pune for more than 2.6 years wherein I paid the security amount of 30k which the owner has not yet refunded even after vacating the room for last 2 months.

Last day of vaccating-25 Nov-21

Reason- Stating that it will take 4-6 months for the refund
