Bike is missing(theft)

Rash driving

Today morning at 11.55 am a grey colour hyundai creta car driver driven the car rashly it's registration number is TN 09 CU2308. The car hits my father's bike and my father unable to control the bike when the car hit the bike. My father had injured minorly . not following ap police covid 19 guideline given by central government

I am ganesh, on 12-sep-2020 i was travelling alone to near 2km from my home and in the middle police was stopped me and taken pic of bike with me and generated e challan with combining for helmet and mask.
But as per new covide guidelines given by central government of india, wearing mask is not mandatory while traveling in single. I am asking to the government why you people are not following guidelines and trying to cross the law...
