Amaravati service (5709 - nlr-bng) yesterday got cancelled by apsrtc and there was no information provided to me either by sms/email.
The website showed that the bus got cancelled. But when i called them for the first time for the service status, the cc rep gave me the driver's phone number and even told that the service is running.
At the bus stop the apsrtc inquiry people doesn't have any clues about the bus and told me to go to a different counter for the information. The second counter people told that my tickets got cancelled. When i called the customer care second time, the person asked for my ticket number and then told that the service got cancelled.
I had to wait along with my family and my daughter is 3.5 years at the bus stop without any clues of the service cancellation. I had to catch a different bus with lot of difficulty and reached bengaluru.
When i browsed the website today, i am not able to see booking history option. Its very bad behavior from the apsrtc organization. They should have informed the customer about the service cancellation. Was this information helpful? |
