Anees Air Conditioning Service — ac uninstallation and installation

Hi,
I approached this anees ac service (Chennai), mr. Anees for uninstall and installation as i moved from one apartment to another within the same community in velachery. The technician who came for uninstall (Mr. Ansari) deliberately let out the gas from the split ac and said there was a leak. There was no leak in my machine as i have been using it without any problem for the last 2 years. After few days and repeated calls, they installed it my new apartment and said there is only 5% gas inside. I know it was a deliberate attempt from their side to betray customers. They then filled up my machine with gas and charged 2500 for gas. The ac worked for few days and then stopped working. I am calling them repeatedly for fixing the same and they are not providing any positive response.
Kindly arrange for refund of money from them.

This is worst service from mr. Anees[protected] and i never expected such a service from sulekha. I even complained to sulekha about the same when they called me for customer review. No action has been taken until now. Please resolve my issue at the earliest.
