Angel Broking — incorrect information in contract note

Reference to customer id vrn4607. Repeatedly facing issue with order placing and execution. Today placing order for banknifty 28300 pe at inr 82, at first it got rejected then certainly got executed and exited at 80 % loss.
Even though i was not having funds for executing this order. Also one of the position in crude executed and exited at the same time.

Updated by nvkarma Sorry, i didn't get a satisfactory response from your customer care.
Also I didnt get any msg for MTM loss (automated msg).
As i stated, at first it stated order noyt executed, then after refresh it got executed with 60 lot.
Even thought in eight minuted that position got exited. stating MTM loss reached 80%.
If this is the case, the how my position of crude exited 5 minutes before 2nd position of BN with 60 lots. if this is exit due to MTM, then all position should exit at the same time??

I have given documents soft copy to motilal oswal securities Ltd's employee he took my cheque book and he did SIP on me he done signature forgery on my cheque and my account balance now minus 15000
