Dear Applicant,

As you have received the Provisional Appointment Letter, Agreement Letter, Work Permit Application-Representative Application. So you are to obtain duty for your traveling documents as instructed below.

(A) Requisite Documents

Send the scans of the following documents:
1. Appointment Letter (with your address & signature).
2. Agreement Letter (with your signature).
3. Work permit Application form (leave blank employer columns only fill your information).
4. Representative Application form (leave blank representative columns only fill your information).
5. Passport front two & last two pages.

(B) Documents Released

Documents released after above documentation step-wise:
1. LMIA-Labor Market Impact Assessment letter released. * At this point applicant pay the Sponsor security amount only to the broker from the applicant's country selected by Employment and Social Development of Canada- Labor Department (ESDC) in LMIA letter if its positive.
2. Work permit released after LMIA.
3. Medical certificate released after work permit.
4. Interview with Company delegation than Visa endorsement after medical.
5. Ticket on availability and immigration clearance letter.

(C) PROCEDURE

Step.1-Obtain Lmia Letter: A Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job and that no Canadian worker is available to do the job.

STEP.2-Obtain Work Permit: Once the copy of LMIA received, the applicant needs to send the scan copy of the Work Permit application form with his/her signature, And also send his/her Photo/Snap on given time along with the deposit slip mentioned in below in Column (D). Now within 10 to 14 days the Canadian Immigration Center (CIC will receive the documents and issue the Work Permit. Both employers & employee are reserved to track/Check Status of Work Permit.

STEP.3-Obtain Medical Certificate: After getting the Work Permit the specific date will be recommended to apply for a Medical Check-up. On behalf of Canadian Embassy approved Doctors. A medical report will be submitted in the embassy by doctor itself within 2 days.

STEP.4-Obtain Visa: Now applicant will be present inside the Canadian Embassy with his Original Passport, Educational Certificates and some other documents, along with his/her representative for formal introduction. The embassy will receive the passport and go through all educational documents, Documents check with embassy itself and return on the same day. And Passport will return to the candidate within 12 to 16 days after visa stamping.

STEP.5-Obtain Immigration Clearance & Air-Ticket: Immigration may be on the same traveling day or the next coming days, but ticket always depends on seats and flight availability. However, all necessary steps will be followed.

(D) Expanses

Once the applicant received the positive Lmia Letter then he/she immediately deposit 28000/-INR as per para number 10 of employment agreements.
