I am appealing you to investigate in to madhya pradesh based anik industries ltd in response to the appeal made by the honorable pm to point out any irregularity if spotted, i have complained many times to the sebi but sebi sends the complaint to the respective company for resolve and sends the reply send by the company back to me that means the offender is the judge and closes my complaint despite my disatisfaction.
Regarding my complaint, anik ind sold its dairy unit having a capacity to process 15lk litres of milk per day at 470 crs to bsa ltd, belgium where as the mkt capitalisation of a similar capacity dairy company prabhat dairy is 1400 crs.
After selling the unit, it shows a receipt of around 35 crs only in the mar 2017 yearend and the tax paid was 8.1 crs to the exchequer, out of 470 crs only 208 crs was shown as exceptional gains and in this year only huge amt were written off as doubtful receipts leading to a net profit of 35 crs that means 435 crs were adjusted against heads which were also certified by the auditors.
I have given a broad idea of the misgovernance on the financial front, i hope you direct the concerned authorities to investigate and get the rightful share of the exchequer. Was this information helpful? |
