Animals — street dog attack

In my area there is a whole lot population of streets dogs who in limited area attack little children and on many people. It becomes very difficult to pass from that area to reach our house specially at night time. Approximately 20/25 no. Of dogs in a little area (Gali).
I request u to plz take them out as it becoms difficult for us to pass in that area (Gali).
