We have ordered the cake online for my brother in law wedding anniversary in the morning ( 11.02.2021 ), and the promised delivery the same day on or before 7PM.
Still the status showing cake will be delivered before 9PM.
They are wedding anniversary completed this year, and the cake didn’t delivered yet.
We very much upset with your service .

The problem is the person from the call center called around 6.30 PM, and asking us to pay 150 rs further for the delivery charges after paid the cake charges in the morning.
Even we paid the delivery charges still we waiting for the cake, and we don’t have any idea whom to contact to track our ordered cake, and after 7 pm no one is Picking the call from you as contact number mentioned in the site.
Our happiness has gone as because we ordered the cake through your website.
My question is why don’t you collect the delivery charges ( if any )while we ordering the cake through your website.
Anyway we decided that we never going to order the cake from you further.
