I am writing this letter to complain about my neighbour who burns the garbage they dump at backside of my house due to which we are facing serious health problem. We have asthma patient ... even after telling them they dont even bother and creating such nusiance like everytime
They have this tendency to burn at late night so that we can't tell them anything
Kindly please look into the matter ...
