I have purchased a new Samsung Microwave from Ankur Electricals on 28th Jan 2023. Despite multiple sayings to deliver a fresh product, when Samsung Engineer (assigned for Demo came on 23 Feb 2023) opened the box it seems the product is used or a piece from demo/display. It has no laminations, scratches, seems somebody has wiped from cloth, dirty, stickers are also removed.
Now, when asking dealer to replace the product with a new one they are denying saying its been 20+ days so we will not replace. They even talked to the Samsung authorized Engineer still denying for replacement as well as return for the product.
Please help with this. Anybody purchases an appliances from store to get a new one but they have provided an old one from Dec 2021 manufacturing plus used, scratched or a demo piece.
Either they replace or provide a full refund. I am happy with the both the resolutions.
