Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that one lady has come to my house yesterday 8.8.16 along with our area lpg gas cylinder delivery boy around at 2.20pm and she informed me coming from sri annai bharat gas agency office, maraimalainagar to check the customer cylinder book and check the cylinders, gas leakage, gas stove and connective hose all the bpcl customer house. After the checking she asked me rupees 150/- charges for checking. I am given 150/- rupees for her and received the bill. Then i asked her about the checking details. She said it is compulsory checking for every two years once and charge rupees 150/- it is order of head office, by the instruction of central government petroleum department. She made checking only my house. She don't have check my neighbours tow houses and my opposite house. They are also bpcl customers.In this connection my wife questioned her why should not check the above houses. She don't tell any reply instead of that cylinder delivery boy said to my wife non of your business and un necessary loose talking. I think it is un necessary checking and collect rupees un authorised.

So. I want know the details given below my query please:

1. How the gas agency collect rupees 150/- without prior intimation.

2. Which basis fixed by the agency two years terms for checking and the amount limit is rupees 150/-

3. Is it instructed by central government petroleum department or not.

Please take immediate action if it is faluse against the agency.
