I refer to this local shop called Annapurna Hardware And Electrical at Kunal Icon Road Pimple saudagar area Pune. A few days ago I visited this shop to buy some hardware parts.
I showed the shopkeeper the photo. After that he kept on taking to other people inside his shop for extended 5 minutes. They were busy discussing some of their own business and did not even feel the need to attend to me.
At least a courtesy gesture that they have something important and I should wait should have been acceptable, but they simply ignored me as their customer.
Then another customer came to his shops and he showed some part and then the shopkeeper started talking to me assuming I want that other customers' item.
This is disgusting. They have no commitment to serve the customers. They are going to go out of business very soon.
