Recently placed an order with Anokhi Threads. But when the product was delivered, i recieved the wrong product which wasn't same as the picture shown in their website. Also, the return option isn't available contrary to the fact that the website shows 7 days return policy. Moreover, there's no response from the website despite innumerable emails and queries. Kindly help me out with this issue asap.
