Ansal Api Megapolis Project Pari Chowk Greater Noida U. P — flat possession not offered in 9 years

Sir /mam,

I had booked said 2bhk flat no : e /430 with assal api in sushant magapolis project gr. Noida u. P on 27th jan 2009 believing a good/reputed builder with a possession agreement in between 36-42 month at the time of booking, this means that flat will possessed any time in 2012-13.

As of now, after paying a 80 % amount to builder ansal api, there is mostly no hope when he will going to offer possession. Only concrete structure has build at site in 9 years and no work is going on since last 06 years. Very very poor and rude response we are getting from the employee available in pari chowk gr. Noida local office or security people at site.

Please help to deliver this or get back or hard core earned money appropriately back from builder.
