We have an office in ansal plaza mall, vaishali, ghaziabad and the management of mall (Moon light electric co, a div of geo connect ltd) has charged very high rate of electricity. They have charged rs.13.35/- per unit. Two years back they have charged main electricity & genset electricity both separately in the bill and at that time it was rs.12.35 per unit. Now they have clubbed the units of main & genset to deceive.
We have complaint the same to the mall management regarding this, but they didn't respond.
