I bought a dress from antgirlcollection which i saw in an advertisement in facebook and made a payment of rs360 for the dress. But now there's no more information about the website and the contact anymore. No address of the dress. Payment was done through razopay. The money has been deducted and no longer the website is available. I don't understand how this happened. How such advertisements are authentically given in facebook. Please provide help for the same

This is to report that my product which I had ordered on 28th December 2019 and which was expected to be delivered on 16th January 2020 is still not delivered.

I have ordered two tops of cost 520rs on JAN 1'2020, but I didn't get my order #33450..as their was no COD option I have paid it online and their is no response for calls and mails.So, I request you to tell me the procedure how to refund my money back..
