I am being cheated by this site. I had placed order on 1st jan 20 and called them to reconfirm on this number [protected]. Lucky someone picked the call and when i gave them the details of my order he said it's cancel cause they can't deliver in my postal code. But i never received any message regarding this. So i demanded for refund of my money. On which he started asking for google pay account and will send some link which i have forward to some number. Nothing of this was working. So he asked me to add my debit card's last 4 digit and my upi pin and give him the total number. When i hesitated initially then he said if not this we will have cash delivered to you. So i refused to give this number and told him i will check with my bank and call you, he said bank can't tell you if it's safe cause we do it here in company. So i told him to send cash. Soon he started refusing do to this. I told him i will give my bank details transfer money or send me cheque he refused to do this as well saying this is not their refund policy. Then i asked him where are the refund policy written cause your website is closed or not working. He started saying it's somewhere on customer service site (Which i am not able to find).
After all this drama he is asking for other bank. I asked him where is their office on mentioning it's in ahemdabad, i said i will s me my friend to collect the refund and you do your procedure of refund. He even refuse to do this. He kept on insisting to share my other bank account or that addition digit.
When i refused and asked for some other way, he said if i don't follow what he say then i can forgot about my money.
