I had ordered garments at antgirlcollectiin, but dint recievr yet and also the website is down and number is switch off. I had paid amount through netbanking. Hi had placed my order with antgirlcollection on 5th Jan for a jumpsuit and still not recieved my order. They had put up an ad on facebook. On top of that the site is also not working and the compain email id is wrong. Have got an email receipt of them but they don't have a contact no either.
My order no is 42034 and paid rs. 355

I placed on order on 5th Jan and it was only prepaid. The order cost me ₹380 and the website is now closed. The product hasn't been delivered neither can I place an order for return. Why do these companies even exist? This isn't the dark web! Why is nobody doing anything about it? This is outrageous!

How do I recover my money?
