Anu Cement Products — Double payment charges

Hi, It is really shocking and unbelievable when I noticed that I have being paying your company multiple times for the same service over the past 3 years. Let me explain, according to the plan scheme (explained to me at the time of subscription) I had to pay merely a total annual payment of INR 27, 000. I have been paying the same from the last 3 years. However, it was today out of shock I realized that you are also been charging me a sum of INR 1, 460 every month as EMI which amounts to INR 17, 400 annually. How could you even charge me a month on month EMI scheme when I have already paid for the service with a whooping INR 27, 000 every year? It looks like you owe me back almost INR 52, 200 with interest rate and compensation for violating my trust with your company. I want this issue to be looked at the greatest importance and I need your manager to call me today at any cost. I need a solution to this and failing to which I am determined to challenge the same in the civil consumer rights court. Dissapointed!
