Sub : Solar Water heater Service
The solar water tank is leaking and the complaint is raised. The tank is still under warranty. Though they are charging for the labor and transportation for tank replacement which is 2500 /-. They are still not visiting our premises for service.
We reported complaint on 07.Mar.2023 and they came to site visit for inspection on 10.Mar.2023. The engineer who visited us told that it will done in 2 days and the replacement is still not done.
Today (17 Mar) when I called to the service to check, the executive arrogantly telling that it still will take 1 week as if we are begging something from him and he says do whatever you want. Was this information helpful? |
