I have purchased a samsung mobile c7 pro on 2nd october 2017 and i have started using it on 4th october and immediately after few hours it stopped working. I believe i have been given refurbished piece. And immediately i have given it to the shop where i have purchased and demanded new one. But he has sent it to the service centre and got it repaired. I have got text from service center that the mobile has been repaired. I got a call also from samsung service center to collect it. But i wanted replacement. They told me that you collect the mobile you will get call from samsung company for replacement. Regret to inform you nobody called from samsung. Nowadays samsung products are very pathetic and your service centre and the call centre are not customer friendly. You should train them how to behave with the customer. All i want is replacement and if you are unable to provide i have to think of going to consumer forum. Awiting your action on this. Need reply Was this information helpful? |
