We have purchased an ao smith water purifier. But suddenly the purification process stopped working. Even after making it work the purifier is working only for 2 after than regular salt water is coming. This is nnot 1st time. Many times it happened. When i checked with ao smith it says service agent not available. We feel cheated for recieving a defective piece.
