This is regarding aosmith water filter. We bought it under the impression that we get a good customer servise. But it is entirely wrong. Customer servise is not fast. Everytime when we get a issue, we need to do multiple calls to follow up or enquire. When raised a ticket, the customer servise promises the issue will be cleared in 48 hours, but it does not. After 48 hours, when called again they say again 48 hours. Drinking water is basic need and negligence on this is very bad. I'm raising complaint at 4rth frustrating experience with customer servise.
