My name rammohan.
I purchase royal enfield classic 350 byke in november 2016. But not received my registration card from rto which suppose to be delivered in 3 months maximum. Vehicle registered ie on 23/12/2017.
Raised grievence in andhra pradesh rta site also. But no responce from officials.
