Hi, Rs.49 got deducted from my Idea account today(10th Jan, 2014) saying' Thank you for downloading ALL channels 15 days from APALYA, You have been charged rs.49.' i have NOT downloaded any such thing. i request the APALYA team to reimburse me with the money immediately.Please stop this malpractise and learn some decency if possible! hi, Apalya technologies have recharged my cell with the amount and called and apologised too..all those facing this problem should write a mail describing their problem to cst@apalya.com. also keep smt@apalya.com and enq@apalya.com in CC. thanks to Apalya team for their quick response!
