I purchase a philips tower speaker model no spa 1100/94 from Amazon.in
when I received the parcel it was opened from the bottom .Then I denied to receive but the courier boy of Amazon said that It was comes from along distance so package ig not a matter every thing is ok You just received it If there was any problem You may return/replace it .When I opened the box there was only two tower speaker nothing more .All the accessories provided by philips was missing .List of accessories were Waranty card, instruction manual, cordless microphone, remote control, 3.5 mm sterio cable, f.m. antene etc .
