I had the misfortune of selecting Aparna Venster over other vendors while deciding upon my doors & windows. My journey with them is the most unprofessional & very shoddy work till date (agony is still continuing as of Nov'20).
Some highlights on how they handle (as of 23rd Nov2020):
1. The original sales quote gets changed alongwith the original specifications asked for. Over and above that they will blame you that you asked for it.
2. In my case, even though the casement windows were part of the original specs & were fully paid for, they refuse to acknowledge it & asked me to pay extra.
3. They have no concern that your home / project is getting delayed and will not respond for weeks together on issues raised. I had sent multiple mails & multiple calls to their sales team & they just respond at their leisure.
4. Some of the fixing activities need a lot of improvement. I had to call them atleast twice to fix those installation issues.
5. I also ran into bad luck when the amount was transferred from my wife's account. She paid excess & the Aparna Venster team will not refund your amount for weeks together. Even after reminding multiple times they dont respond on the refund.
The Aparna Venster team, especially the sales team, came across as unprofessional during the whole duration of 11 months.
The problem becomes compounded when they refuse to acknowledge the issue.
Do a double check before you approach them.
