Describe your complaint: we request to check the authorisation of sanitary connection to the above mentioned sabari net appartment of size 60x29 measurement of 10 flats. Notice has been issued for unauthorised sanitary connection earlier. Though, saintation is not blocked and they are enjoying the benefits of rent and lease. We are sole owners of one flat who are not residing there. We request this for court purposes. Kindly respond awaiting ur early reply as we have not received rti documents regarding this even after one month. Still pending. Immediate action requested please. We have lodged a case in the court. We could not lodge complaint as the rr number is not yet issued even after the building has been constructed since 3 years’time and enjoying the sanitary benefits without cauvery water connection yet. Was this information helpful? |
