Hi Team,
I am native of rural village and i am paying the electricity bill every month regularly. Suddenly in JAN 2022, it was observed that I have received Rs. 6286/- electricity bill. I have requested the helper to check the issue of the current meter and later he replaced the new meter and now I have received Rs.92/- as electricity bill for April2022. But the helper updated me to pay Rs.3000/- atleast(previous bill). I have been updated by the helper like the extra paid amount (technical issue) will be reverted later. I have paid 1500/- (on March 2022) and 1000/-(April 2022) as per their update. Also please clarify to me how they have updated me to pay Rs.3000/- instead of correcting the bill issue. Also please clarify how the amount will be reverted to me Please check and resolve the issue.
