Three months back i have changed my phone new charge frc as it was not charging and again the same problem arises. I have spend rs 1400/ for that. They are telling i will have to spend the same amount and change the frc charge. I have requested them to see the set properly but they are not at all bothered. They just pressuring me to go for new charge. How can i spend the amount in such a span of time. If this is your customer handling process then i am sorry this si ridiculous. They don't have the adequates to behave properly with corporate customers like me. I am very much disappointed with your service.
