My name is mounika. As a job purpose of my husbandwe shifted from banglore to indore. We shifted our household items through apm agarwal travels. We got a number from google. First time when we called them it was agarwal n travels only it was displayed. After few days they came into contact with us about our shifting. We asked them every details what we needed. We asked about the security of our luggage they said we will provide consignment no. After taking our luggage they have provided that consignment no. It wont work. We asked them about the storage and home delivery they told everything is available.. And they have sent a quotation of 25000rs. After packing n everything they sent total bill of 40900rs.. They dint keep our luggage in storage charged 2000rs.. They even dont deliver to our home.. They are telling door to door delivery. The van drivers who they provided were very rude.. From last 1 week.. We missed our some of my household items.. We are making a call from last 1 week.. They were telling simply we will credited your money tommorow... Day after tommorow like that.. We complained to home branch also they were not responding properly... Simply your luggage will come today tommorrow.. Like that.. They are disconnecting our calls... Why agarwal n travels encouraging this type of local cheaters who even dont have reponsibility regarding their jobs.. We dont know...www.pmdir.com...i have saw that apm agarwal travels in this website.. I have given a complaint against them.. They provided some numbers.. They were not working.. They told we will block them and we dont provide any service.. But still they were encouraging this type of cheaters.. Whatever we lost we have lost it.. We given a complaint.. Why dont they blocked..
