[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — baby diapers - not delivered even after a week

I have ordered online #[protected]. The amount is deducted from my pants but the product is not yet delivered even after 7 days. I have called customer care and wrote emails to [protected]@apollopharcy.org and [protected]@apollopharmacy.org but so far not received any update. Since the order the status is showing as packed only. Please get the product delivered to me.

Rajakilpakkam branch bill no. 14534cs0214378 dtd 17.11.18 for Rs. 284.55.paid thru airtel payment bank no. [protected]. But shop collected again thru cash stating amount not received from airtel payment bank..
Kindly return back me twice collected amt rs. 284.55.
