Apollo Pharmacy — Cheating by the Apollo vendor by not providing correct discount

I went to the Apollo vendor for purchase of Amantrel tabs. He said he will offer me 10% discount. I informed him that Medplus offers 15%. He agreed for 12%. He did not give me a bill. On sking he gave a DUPLICATE bill. Checking I found he gave only 10% discount. He said Program problem from Apollo since April, 21. Refused give me the difference of 2% as he will be out into loss. I purchased 6 stripe of Amantrel @ 202.07. Pl pay my 5% of difference in discount. Thanx.

Updated by Malathi Kannan Pl see that my complaint is resolved by (1) Providing difference in discount i.e. 5%.(2) the vendors does provide bills to all. Make him do that (3) he blames Appllo for his mistake of not searching our medical history & Provinding orbitrary DUPLICATE bill.
