[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — chemist denied to give discount on medicines

Address: Apollo Pharmacy, Near Bangalor One office, Sector 1, HSR Layout, 560102

In went to take medicines and Apollo Pharmacy (near Bangalore One, HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore) denied to give me the discount. The amount of the medicines which I need was of Rs. 163/-. The chemist said, I cannot give you the discount because the amount is less than 200.

I don't know which rule says that consumer will not get discount if the medicine invoice amount is not 200. Per my belief, consumer must get the discount on medicines irrespective of any amount because pharmacy retailers get huge margins from the companies.
