Apollo Pharmacy — Damaged product received

I online ordered Accu check Active strips on Apollo pharmacy website (order id[protected] delivered on 18-Nov-2022). Product I received was opened and its batch no. was not matching with the batch no. mentioned in the bill. There is a code chip that comes with these strips and it was missing too. Without this chip, these strips are not usable at all.
I wrote to customer support and I was shocked to see the their reply. Below is the reply that they sent me. This product is completely unusable and around Rs900 got wasted. They seems to have very low standard of customer service

"We would like to inform you that as we have checked it is not a valid and genuine damage case.
The outer cover is open which might be opened by yourself. Hence, we cant return/replace the item.
We are now marking this request as resolved."
