[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — didn't replace and miscommunication about product decorn corn caps

I Bought Amrutanjan DECORN CORN CAPS From Kasturi Nagar Apollo Pharmacy Opposite to more store two days back, at the time of buying i have communicated i may returns this, The Shop Person Said Yes and also he dint explained me about the proudcut after continuously asking about product . When i went my spouse specified Diabetes person cannot use this, Today i went return and ask him if he can replace with other medicine, He was Arrogant and very Rudely he conveyed he cannot return it back, I told 7 days return policy is there and moreover i was not asking to refund just to replace with other Medicine he abused me told i cant give . Do what ever you want to. I felt Humiliated and went from there . Please help me he should Apologetic replace this some other medicine .
