[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — different price for different payment methods for same product

Hi i am bharath kumar... Recently (Last week) i went apollo pharmacy (Newly opened near my house) to buy some over the counter medicine for my mom. After ordering medicine he billed rs20.. When i am ready for payment he changed the price to rs23.
When i asked him about the price change... He said you are paying with card so price is different... And in the same shop... When ever i asked for invoice... He always say... Printer not working... Or, computer is down at the moment... He refused to give invoice and charged the medicine as his wish... Hope you guys slice the issue as soon as possible
