I had purchased a digital Blood pressure machine manufactured by Apollo pharmacy on 28th Mar 2019 from Apollo pharmacy 19 Haltu Main Road Haltu Branch mobile phone number [protected] .land line number, [protected]. Supervisor Pradip Bhowmik Salesman ManasTh receipt is attached.
Since I purchased the machine it is showing incorrect and irrelevant reading for all of my family members. For example in case of my mother having high pressure the reading in machine purchased is showing 120/55, where as when measured in manual pressure machine by a pharmacist it is showinga150/80 which is actual reading.I had checked the same with all other family members and the machine is giving absurd reading. When contacted to Apollo Pharmacy Haltu Branch Kolkata they are reluctant to refund money nor they adjust its price with other baby products which I usually buy from them. As my reliability on this Apollo manufactured digital blood pressure machine is completely gone so I do not want replacement, I want my money back. The replaced product may have same issue again.
