On 19.06.21, I purchased a digital thermometer from an Apollo Pharmacy ( bill no. 13006CC0041338 of Ho-Chi-Minh Sarani Pharmacy ). On returning home I, I tried to measure temperature of my sister who was suffering from fever. It seemed that the temperature was not showing correct. Next day, I went to that shop for a replacement product as that was a junk for me. But they refused citing their policy. But they could not explain how to check the correctness of their product at higher temperature. this is very unfair. I left that thermometer with them though they did not hand over me any receipt With best regards,
