Sir,
I received an advertisement message in my mobile from apollo pharmacy. The advertisement said due to the lockdown they will supply the ordered medicines in our doorstep.
Believing this and also adhere to government regulations to not to go out, i placed order for baby medicines and baby diapers and paid a bill sum of rs.1885.95 and order dated 29th march 2020. The payment was successful but the goods were not delivered.
I received a message from the apollo pharmacy saying that due yo the lockdown they will not supply doorstep now, so i requested the complaint and asked for a refund through the customer care center.
Now it's been a month and still they have not initiated the refund. Whenever i call customer care they are disconnecting my call and there is no proper response. It is very clear they have looted my money in the name of online business.
Kindly look into this and take action on apollo pharmacy. I have herewith attached my order details for your reference.
